The 2021 Casamaro Rueda Verdejo wine is has a straw-colored, pale yellow with greenish shimmers. This Casamaro Rueda Verdejo wine has a fine fruit and flower aroma, pineapple, grass and a hint of fennel, typical for Verdejo, on the nose. Well structured, fresh with a subtle citrus note, soft and fruity with great body.

Garciarévalo is situated at the confluence of the rivers Adaja and Eresma, which produces an exceptional microclimate characterized by temperatures up to five degrees cooler than other surrounding areas. This provides an ideal microclimate for producing beautiful, fresh, native verdejo grapes.

Best paired with Salads, grilled fish, vegetables, lime chicken, and fish tacos.
