Description
The 2016 Chateau Siran wine is very attractive. This Chateau Siran wine has plush and rich red and dark-fruit aromas with beautifully integrated oak and youthful, spicy complexity. The palate has lush, seamless and velvety tannins that are elegant yet powerful and deliver a silky build of ripe dark-berry flavors into a long, seamless finish. This 2016 Siran wine is ultra-fine, dry and elegant tannin texture. Showing the continued improvements at this southern Margaux estate, the wine is joyful and ripe.
Chateau Siran is the result of a subtle blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, which reflects the identity of its terroir. The relatively high percentage of petit verdot brings a spicy note that reinforces the unique character of Siran’s wines.
A Red Grand Vin of Margaux, The 2016 Chateau Siran wine has a blend of Merlot 47%, Cabernet Sauvignon 39%, Petit Verdot 13% and Cabernet Franc 1%. Here we have what is undoubtedly one of Siran’s most beautiful wines ever vinified.
