On the palate, dry with flavors of wood, spices and red berries. Low tannins with a medium finish. The 2019 Dulong Bordeaux Merlot Cabernet Premium wine is best served with every kind of grilled red meat and meat in sauce, game and cheese, like camembert, cantal, goat’s cheese or even with a Burgundy Fondue.
