Description

This Shiraz has a deep red colour with violet hues.  The Finca Flichman Gestos Shiraz expresses the characteristics of two different terroir – Barrancas and Tupungato – in a single grape variety. Barrancas, at 700 metres a.s.l. provides maturity, color and body; Tupungato at 1,100 metres a.s.l. freshness, structure and complexity. It is made from identical proportions of Barrancas and Tupungato grapes. Its ageing in small oaks casks and further rest in bottle keep and round the secrets of two terroir.

Ideal accompaniment to red lamb, goat or game meat, pasta with spicy tomato sauce.
