The Batasiolo Barbera Sabri wine has a clear and transparent garnet red wine. This Barbera Sabri wine is pleasantly fruity scents with light wood and vegetable nuances. The palate is dry, full, with remarkable texture and freshness, in line with tradition. This Barbera Sabri wine is intense and long-lasting. This Batasiolo red wine opens with aromas of scorched earth, leafy underbrush, mature blackberry and a whiff of espresso. The straight forward palate offers ripe black cherry, toast, anise and a hint of mint alongside fine-grained tannins.

This 2021 Beni di Batasiolo Barbera Sabri wine is the pleasant accompaniment for appetizers, pasta and risotto, white and red meat main courses and aged cheese. Its high acidity expresses its better paired with particularly rich and flavor some dishes.
