The Bolla Cabernet Sauvignon delle Venezie 2018 has a ruby red in color, with aromas of black fruit, vanilla, and clove, Bolla Cabernet Sauvignon is well balanced with a silky pepper and black-currant finish.
Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about one week with twice-daily pumping over to obtain color, soft tannins, and optimal extraction. The wine undergoes barrique aging, resulting in a touch of vanilla which increases the wine’s complexity without masking the aroma of this variety. 10% of the wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months before blending.
