Description

The 2021 Chateau de Fauzan Minervois wine has a deep red wine with a bouquet of dark fruit, liquorice and cherry. It hits the palate with sweet tones and gives a long fruity finish. This is the one of the most popular wines from Minervois. The Chateau de Fauzan vineyard is located in the Minervois on a clay-limestone plateau at an altitude of 350 meters.

This 2021 Chateau de Fauzan should be enjoyed with farmhouse chicken cooked with cep mushrooms, or chocolate based desserts.
