The Yarden Petit Verdot was produced from Petit Verdot grapes grown in the central and Northern Golan Heights. The realtively cool climate and rocky volcanic soils are proving to be hospitable conditions for this classic variety. Eighteen months of barrel aging helps this wine to reach its full potential.

Golan Heights Winery Yarden Petit Verdot wine has a deep purple-red color. The aromas of ripe red and black fruits rounded with red flowers and fresh herbs complement the tones of freshly roasted coffee, chocolate and the subtle nuances of vanilla. The body is full and well structured, the texture is alive. The acid beautifully rounds up the high extract and gives the impression of even higher fullness and freshness. The finish is fruity and persistent.
