The 2019 Chateau Los Boldos Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Reserve has aromas of fruits such as cherries, plums, black currants, and a touch of leather and smoke. The Los Boldos Cabernet Sauvignon wine is well balanced, of medium body, with round tannins and a persistent ending. This Cabernet Sauvignon wine is best paired with Beef, Lamb and Poultry.
Chateau Los Boldos was created in 1991 with the aim of producing premium wines from Chile. Its founder envisioned wines that would benefit from century old French winemaking techniques combined with Chile’s terroir potential and ability to produce outstanding wine grapes. This dream was materialized in a single vineyard property and winery in Cachapoal Andes region, 100 km south of Santiago, gathering unique conditions for Chateau Los Boldos to produce its wines, controlling every single part of the process. Along the years Chateau Los Boldos affirmed itself as a Premium Chilean wine producer. This was acknowledged not only by the awards and recognition achieved by its wines presence in different parts of the globe. Quality, sustainability and aim for perfection matched with a passion for wines makes Chateau Los Boldos to continue its quest for more and face the future with excitement and enthusiasm, where our wines are born, carefully crafted and bottled in their place of origin.
