Description

The Montes Cabernet Sauvignon Classic Series 2021 was aged for 8 months in contact with 2nd- and 3rd-use French oak barrels.

The predominance of ripe red and black fruit aromas such as strawberries, plums, and fights on the nose. Notes of crème de cassis intermingle with sweet spices such as nutmeg and black pepper. In the palate, the wine stands out for its well-balanced acidity, medium body, and incredibly smooth tannins. This Montes Cabernet Sauvignon Classic Series wine has moderately persistent finish echoes the notes perceived on the nose.
