The 2021 Oxford Landing Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz wine has aromas of blackberry and plums with subtle notes of blackcurrant and tobacco leaf. The palate is elegantly structured with a silky texture and fruit sweetness to the mid-palate with layers of blackberry and spice, finishing with soft tannins. This Oxford Landing wine has a scrumptious blend ticks all the crowd-pleasing boxes. Distinct dried tobacco leaf, herb blackberry and red jube aromas are amicable and alluring.

The fermentation was carried out using static and rotary fermenters under warm temperature conditions for six days. This creates a balance between extracting the appropriate tannin for wine structure and retaining fruit drive and aromatics.
