This Italian Valpolicella Classico wine is rich, plush and hefty flavors of sweet cherry, cooked fruit, almond, cinnamon and clove are shaped by acidity before the long finish. The Valpolicella Classico wine has a medium body taste, spicy and smooth.

The Villa Girardi is a typical Venetian Villa designed by Luigi Trezza back in the 1700s. The Villa is located in a large park with old trees surrounded by 30 hectares of vineyards with rich clay-limestone soil and a mild climate creating conditions conducive to the cultivation of indigenous Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties.

This 2022 Villa Girardi Valpolicella Classico wine would go very well with Smoked Meat Tapas, Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, and Burrata.
