The 2021 Vina Ventisquero Grey Cabernet Sauvignon wine is a non-traditional style of Cabernet Sauvignon, revealing the typical characteristics of the variety but from a very elegant perspective. In place of the classic robustness, in this Cabernet Sauvignon wine you can discern the subtle notes of chocolate, tobacco and black pepper, together with the fine French oak, which gives it a long, smooth finish.

The Vina Ventisquero is one of the best producers in Chile and has one of the most modern wineries in the world. The Grey collection was made with the assistance of well-known Chilean and foreign wine makers. The Grey Cabernet Sauvignon wine comes from the Maipo Valley.

This 2021 Vina Ventisquero Grey Cabernet Sauvignon wine was aged for 18 months in French barrels, of which 33% are new. This Cabernet Sauvignon wine should be served Between 16ºC and 18ºC. The 2019 Vina Ventisquero Grey Cabernet Sauvignon wine will pair perfectly with grilled red meat or matured cheese.
