The 2018 La Cadorette Chasselas Romand wine has a very pale lemon in appearance and has a delicate nose of apple skins with a hint of citrus. Despite the delicacy on the nose, the palate provides far more. This is quite a fruity Swiss white wine with the apple coming through much more strongly. There are some very nice minerals, a lovely stoniness and quite a long finish. This Chasselas Romand wine is powerful, lively and playful.
The La Cadorette Chasselas Romand wine is best paired with fondue, raclette, fish dishes, and as an aperitif.
