Beside Broke Road Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant and expressive maritime climate style, showing lemongrass, guava and passionfruit aromas. The palate is well balanced between its vibrant citrus profile and a hint of grassy notes, with a crisp, refreshing acid profile. Light, refreshing and quaffable.
The grapes were sourced from Margaret River, which is located in the far south-west corner of Western Australia, and is one of the most geographically isolated wine regions in the world. Taking advantage of the maritime influence the fruit is harvested in the early hours of the morning it is at its coolest, then the grapes were lightly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the tropical fruit flavours.
