    The 2021 Mommessin Moulin-A Vent Canneliers wine has an intense ruby red colour. This red wine has aromas of silky mellow woody notes followed by pleasant and varied aromas of black fruits, spicy and floral, chocolate and roasted coffee notes.Full-bodied on the palate with flavours of black fruit which echo the nose. The Mommessin Moulin-A Vent Canneliers wine is elegant hints of oak and real but velevety tannins showing an ample structure and a very nice length.

    The appellation gets its name from the presence of an old windmill situated in the middle of the vineyard, which was used to mill grain until the mid 19th Century. The Moulin-A-Vent appellation stretches over the communes of Romaneche-Thorins and Chenas.

    The Mommessin Moulin-A Vent Canneliers is perfect with red meats, grilled, roasted or even marinated and strong cheeses.

    The 2017 Remy Ferbras Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge wine has a bright ruby color. This Remy Ferbras Chateauneuf du Pape has a complex nose of red fruits carried by spices aromas. Palate is round & full-bodied, tanin structure is silky, with a crispy fruit finish.

    Manual harvest followed by a strict sorting of the grapes. Traditional vinifications are handled separately for each grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation maintained at around 26 and 28°C with two to three weeks maceration. The wine is partly aged on oak barrels from two to three wines, up to 18 months.

    This French wine is from the Southern Rhone Valley. This 2017 Remy Ferbras Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge wine has a blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah.

    Food pairings: roast beef, lamb chops, veal scaloppini, mushroom and leek risotto.

    The 2019 La Reserve d’Angludet wine is the expression of its exceptional terroir. This Margaux wine is elegant and charming. Deeply coloured, still deep purple at rim, with a richly layered bouquet that marries jammy fruit of blackcurrant and blackberry with the toasty, vanilla notes of the barrel. The dense, warming palate is refined throughout, with an elegant tannic structure resulting from its distinguished terroir, as well as from a perfectly controlled winemaking process. Faithful to the Angludet character, the wine is balanced, elegant, supple, and complete.

    La Reserve d`Angludet is made from the same vineyards and with the same dedication as Chateau Angludet itself. The strict selection in vineyard and from cask ensures the finished wine shares the same finesse, complexity and elegance of a fine Margaux. Supple dark fruits, liquorice and spice notes are held by assertive but ripe tannins that ensure Reserve d`Angludet can be enjoyed when young but will also allow further maturation.

    This 2019 Reserve d’Angludet wine is a a great match for a fine cut of grilled meat or a well-garnished cheese board.

This 2018 Domaine William Fevre Chablis wine has lovely fruitiness with an attractive freshness and characteristic minerality, Chablis is a wine region with global renown. Domaine William Fèvre’s vineyards sit on Kimmeridgian subsoil and enjoy ideal exposures for the production of a very fine wine. This hablis wine has a fleshy and elegant bouquet revealing citrus, white fruits and flowers aromas. The mouth is fresh, supple underscored by mineral. The 2018 Domaine William Fevre Chablis wine is best served with fish dishes, grilled or in a light sauce; various seafood, and oysters and sushis.

    Domaine Fevre owns just under 47ha designated as AC Chablis. Aged for 10-12 months in stainless steel, with a small proportion matured in aged oak barrels for 4-6 months, this Chablis carries much more weight and concentration, with plenty of firm acidity from the ripe, forward 2018 vintage.
