The 2017 Nautilus Marlborough Pinot Noir wine has a dark ruby in colour and shows an aroma of wild raspberries, plums and spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied with generous fruit sweetness and succulent tannins combining to give a long warm finish.

The 2021 Nautilus Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine has a pale straw in colour and has a fragrant aroma showing gooseberry, black currant leaf, red capsicum and a hint dried thyme. The palate reveals lime/grapefruit characters along with more tropical flavours such as melon and passion fruit. The Nautilus Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine has good mid plate concentration and a typically zingy finish.

Bright straw colour with a hint green. It has vivacious ripe aromas of elderflower, passionfruit skin, goosberries and fresh herbs. The palate is refreshing and round, displaying ripe citrus, guava and passionfruit flavours, with crisp acidity and a soft juicy mouth watering finish.

The 2021 Saint Clair Omaka Reserve Pinot Noir wine has a deep ruby color. This Omaka Reserve Pinot Noir wine has a complex nose with black cherry, boysenberry, vanilla toasty oak and fresh dark coffee. Palate shows dark fruis of black cherries, blackcurrants, and blueberry followed by layers of black olive, dark chocolate, liquorice, violets and classic dried Thyme. The acidity is firm and fully integrated giving freshness, supporting velvet tannins and a delectable fresh coffee and vanilla pod finish.

The 2021 Saint Clair Vicar’s Choice Pinot Noir wine has a bright ruby color. Lifted notes of raspberry, strawberry and red cherry are complemented by subtle savoury notes. A medium- bodied Pinot Noir with a round, soft, full palate, supple tannins and well-balanced acidity. The Saint Clair Vicar’s Choice Pinot Noir has a cherry and raspberry flavours dominate and are supported by hints of redcurrant. Rich savoury notes create a long lingering finish.
