The 2021 Nekeas El Rincon wine has a bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb aromas fill the nostrils followed by some crème brulee and subtle toasty oak notes. This Nekeas El Rincon wine has a rich, creamy textured and mouth filling the palate features a concentrated flavour profile of ripe peaches, apricot and honeycomb over crème brulee, toasty oak and spicy nougat characters. Fruit for the ‘El Rincon’ Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards with an elevation of 600-650m. Fermentation is spontaneous in top quality French oak followed by three months of aging on fine lees.
