The Batasiolo Langhe Chardonnay Morino wine has a intense straw-yellow color, limpid and brilliant. This Italian Chardonnay wine has a very rich bouquet with suggestions of tropical fruit, citrus, grapefruit, honey and vanilla. In the mouth the Langhe Chardonnay Morino wine is balanced, wide-ranging, dry with a breath of fan-shaped aroma perceptible to the nose.

The 2021 Terre di Valter Greco di Tufo wine has bright straw yellow color. This Terre di Valter Greco di Tufo is a refreshing, crisp wine that is known for its aromatic notes of lemons, pears, apple and toasted almonds and a lingering mineral finish. Floral and lemony with underlying pear and stone aromas, displaying gorgeous, succulent minerality in the mouth that gives backbone to the juicy yet composed apple, pear, lemon and floral notes.

Greco di Tufo is a DOCG of the Campania wine region in southern Italy. It is responsible for what is arguably the region’s most prestigious white wine, made predominantly from the grape variety that shares its name. The name Tufo refers not only to one of the villages from which the wine comes, but also the type of rock on which the village was built.

The 2022 Batasiolo Moscato D’Asti DOCG wine has a pale yellow gold colour. This Moscato D’Asti wine is lovely lifted fruity and savory aromas of fresh mushrooms, nutmeg with pear and honeydew melon. This wine is medium sweet, slight frizzante and has balanced flavours of pear and melon, with medium length finish.

Villa Girardi is a typical Venetian Villa designed by Luigi Trezza back in the 1700s. The Villa is located in a large park with old trees surrounded by 30 hectares of vineyards with rich clay-limestone soil and a mild climate creating conditions conducive to the cultivation of indigenous Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties.

The Farnese Fantini Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 1.5 L wine has deep, bright, straw yellow color. This Italian white wine is medium-bodied, quite intense and persistent, fruity and floral with aromas of medlar, peach and orange blossom.

This 2022 Farnese Fantini Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 1.5 L wine is best paired with fish dishes and typical Japanese dishes.

The Felsina Vin Santo Chianti Classico DOCG 2005 is made with Trebbiano, Malvasia and Sangiovese, the 2005 Vin Santo del Chianti Classico opens to a brilliant amber color and thick viscosity that hugs to the rim of the glass. Oak-driven tones of vanilla and caramel are immediately apparent, but quickly followed by candied fruit, butterscotch and orange peel. Clusters undergo a natural drying process on mats until February of the following year. The must is transferred to sealed oak casks containing the “mother,” or gelatinous remains from previous vintages. Fèlsina and consulting winemaker Franco Bernabei have made a fine showing with this new set of releases.

The Chardonnay wine is pleasantly fresh, dry wine with tropical fruit notes and a round, nutty finish. The Romio Chardonnay Friuli should be served well chilled and can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or as the perfect accompaniment to seafood and delicately flavoured pasta and risotto dishes.
