Chateau Los Boldos La Campana Cabernet Sauvignon

 1,620.00

The 2019 La Campana Cabernet Sauvignon wine by Chateau Los Boldos has a deep ruby red colour with violet hues. This La Campana Cabernet Sauvignon wine has intense ripe fruits such as cassis, plums, raspberries and hints of spices. Blond tobacco, cedar and dark chocolate. The Cabernet Sauvignon is a balanced wine with soft and juicy tannins, linear structure with depth that leads to a pleasant long and fresh finish.

The Chateau Los Boldos covers 250 hectares and is situated to the south of Santiago, in Chile. The vineyard is planted at the feet of the Andes, next to the village of Requinoa. The region benefits from a microclimate, which balances the differences between the daytime and nighttime temperatures. This microclimate allows a slow, long and complete ripening of the grapes. The vineyard was established in 1850 and is one of the oldest in Chili, and is planted primarily with Cabernet Sauvignon vines from France.

This 2019 La Campana Cabernet Sauvignon wine accompanies very well-roasted red meats such as veal and lamb. Also with long-cooked game meat stews such as rabbit and wild boar. Ripe and intense cheeses such as Emmental or Gorgonzola. Chocolate dessert.
