The Haart Piesporter Riesling 2016 has a fresh and fruity nose of peaches, blackcurrant and pineapples. Refreshing but balanced acidity defines the palate, again with plenty of fruit. This Riesling is easy to sip with a nice grip of minerals in the finish.
Delicious to drink young as a fresh and playful summer wine, this Riesling has potential to improve with up to 5 years of cellaring. Served at 8°C this wine will make a great partner for salads, fish and white meat. It excels in pairings with seafood and spicy dishes.
