The 2019 Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon from Golan Heights Winery displays complex aromas of cherry, blackberry and mulberry, along with hints of tobacco, herb and French oak. This flavorful wine exhibits a full body and a satisfying finish.

While ready to enjoy upon release, Gamla Cabernet will develop in the bottle for a number of years, and will age well for about six to eight years from harvest. The 2020 Gamla Pinot Noir wine was produced from Pinot Noir grapes harvested entirely from vineyards in the cool northern Golan Heights. The red wine was aged in French oak barrels for seven months.

The 2017 Gamla Syrah wine is from Golan Heights Winery that displays ripe cherry and plum fruit characters, with complex notes of smoke, earth, anise and spice. With medium to full body, this Syrah is aromatic and flavorful.

The 2017 Gamla Syrah is produced exclusively from Syrah fruit harvested from vineyards in the cool Golan Heights growing region. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is ready to drink upon release, and should remain in excellent drinking shape for about five to seven years from vintage.

The 2020 Yarden Hermon Moscato from Golan Heights Winery was produced from Muscat Canelli grapes grown entirely in the cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude of the Golan Heights. This Mount Hermon Moscato displays aromatic characters of tropical fruits and fresh flowers, along with notes of tangerine peel and subtle mint. This flavorful dessert wine is lightly sparkling, pleasantly sweet and wonderfully drinkable.

Try pairing the Moscato wine with a bright lemon cake, buttery shortbread cookies or a mango mousse, or serve it alone as a refreshing aperitif.
