White Wine

The 2022 La Cadorette Chasselas Romand wine has a very pale lemon in appearance and has a delicate nose of apple skins with a hint of citrus. Despite the delicacy on the nose, the palate provides far more. This is quite a fruity Swiss white wine with the apple coming through much more strongly. There are some very nice minerals, a lovely stoniness and quite a long finish. This Chasselas Romand wine is powerful, lively and playful.

The La Cadorette Chasselas Romand wine is best paired with fondue, raclette, fish dishes, and as an aperitif.

The 2018 Fechy Bonne Cote wine has a clear, bright, straw-yellow color. Aromas of Chasselas grape blossoms and lemons. This Swiss white wine is elegant and well structured on the palate. This Fechy Bonne Cote wine is smooth and full-bodied wine with good character and a pleasant finish.

The White wine is from south side of the “Signal de Bougy” hill, Féchy majestically overlooks Lake Geneva. Set 450 meters above sea level and southwest of the lake, the Féchy vineyards enjoy a privileged microclimate, which is very favorable for the grapes, since it provides the optimal conditions for ripening.

The Fechy Bonne Cote wine is suitable for aperitifs, grilled fish, white and lightly seasoned meats, and cheese specialties.
