Unlike some blockbusters of yesteryear, this is a fragrant, medium-bodied shiraz of lovely varietal purity. This Shiraz has aromas of floral, herbal and spicy, with a generous core of ripe berry fruit on nose and palate. Texture is silky and fine with lingering flavours backed by balanced, easy tannins.

The 2020 Jim Barry The McRae Wood Shiraz wine has a dark, inky red hue. This Jim Barry The McRae Wood Shiraz shows lifted notes of blackberry and blueberry briary fruits, licorice, perfumed- violets, and a lick of toasty vanillin oak. The palate is restrained in its youth, whilst having the concentration and depth the McRae Wood is famous for.

Vibrant dark forest fruits of blackberry and plum are complemented by a rich streak of earthy goodness. This McRae Wood Shiraz wine shows a generous girth with rich fruit cake fruits, cherry, and blackberry supported with balanced acidity and complex, delicate grained tannins.

The 2022 Watervale Riesling has all the hallmarks of a classic Clare Valley Riesling; with fresh cut citrus, lemon grass, yellow peach and white florals on the nose. This Jim Barry Riesling has a firm acid drive, with an abundance of citrus, white peach, honey dew melons, gooseberries and a fresh lime finish.

This Plexus Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre wine is a blend of 51% Shiraz, 32% Grenache and 17% Mourvèdre, Duval’s 2017 Plexus is marked by 15 months in French oak.

The 2015 Josep Ferrer Garnatxa Negra Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from Catalunya produced by Casa Sala produced with garnacha negra from the 2014 vintage and has an alcohol content of 14.1%. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a unique red blend from Catalunya done Amarone style aged in oak for 4 years.

This Josep Ferrer Garnatxa Negra wine has a blend of 50% Grenache, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 2017 Kaiken Mai Malbec wine has a vibrant purple color. Clear mineral and spicy notes combined with aromas of black fruits and mature cherry, that are accompanied by vanilla and coffee notes. On the mouth the wine expresses great structure, roundness and a long persistence.

The Kaiken Ultra Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 has a intense ruby red color, the wine showcases red fruits flavors with spices and cedar notes, a wine of elegant notes and great complexity on the nose. On the mouth, find a unique combination between the Cabernet Sauvignon’s intensity, combined by the silkiness of the tannins given by the old vines located in the first zone.

This 2019 Ultra Malbec from Kaiken wine is a fabulously fruity choice. Delve into a sweet profile of satsuma, plum and spices that’ll linger on the palate for longer. Soft and supple tannins provide a deliciously smooth texture that’ll go down easily.

This KWV Cathedral Cellar Chardonnay 2019 is modern, clean and stylish. Aromas of citrus, white peach and nectarine compliment the fruit concentration and flavour on the palate. The Chardonnay wine shows creamy undertones and subtle oak nuances, which is testimony of the well-integrated use of oak. The palate is fine, restrained with a crisp and zesty finish.

The 2014 KWV Cathedral Cellar Shiraz has a full-bodied and robust South African Shiraz with aromas of cassis, tanned leather and dark spice. This Shiraz wine has a lifted, complex nose of smoked meat, campfire, fresh herbs spice and wet earth. The KWV Cathedral Cellar Shiraz is best paired with lamb tangine and roast rack of lamb.

The 2022 KWV Classic Merlot wine has juicy raspberry and blackberry flavors are complemented by a touch of cedar and marzipan. This KWV Classic Merlot wine is soft and inviting. Medium bodied with generous velvety tannins and has vanilla and spice flavors which remain on the palate.

The 2022 KWV Classic Pinotage wine has crimson red color, upfront plum and raspberry fruit flavors. On the palate the abundance of fruit is complemented by fruit cake, violets and toffee flavors. This KWV Classic Pinotage wine is well balanced, soft and smooth with a lingering aftertaste.

This medium bodied 2021 KWV Classic Shiraz wine has fresh raspberry and black cherry aromas, complemented by dark chocolate, pepper and spice. This KWV Classic Shiraz has concentrated flavors and well integrated tannins. The finish is soft and velvety and has smoky oak and cigarbox flavors with a lingering aftertaste.
