The Ployez Jacquemart Champagne has a lovely hint of honeysuckle accents the flavors of mirabelle plum, white cherry, anise and grated ginger. This Ployez Jacquemart Champagne is finely knit and detailed in texture, with a mouthwatering finish of ripe fruit, spice and chalk accents. A bright backbone of acidity and a note of chalky minerality drives the finish. The Champagne is balanced, with great freshness and displays a distinct nose and palate.
Laurence Ployez is a third-generation winemaker at her family’s estate, which was established in 1930. Ployez-Jacquemart owns 2.15 hectares of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in Ludes and Mailly-Champagne in the Montagne de Reims, known for its classic chalk slopes.
This Ployez Jacquemart Champagne has a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.
