The 2018 Chateau Lamothe Bellevue wine impresses with its intense blackberry aromas and very well integrated tannins. A great structure and finesse imparted by the limestone soils, and a long finish. This Chateau Lamothe Bellevue is a classic Bordeaux Cuvee from Bergerac, East Bordeaux.
The Bergerac region is the largest wine producing AOC region east of Bordeaux. On the Dordogne River in a stunning landscape the reds are earthy and white wines crisp or sweet such as those from Monbazillac.
This 2018 Chateau Lamothe Bellevue wine is barrel-aged for 8 months. With a blend of 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc- 8 Monate Barrique.
