Description
The 2019 Condado de Haza Crianza wine has a clean and brilliant with an attractive black cherry colour and purple undertones. This Condado de Haza Crianza is quite intense aromatics revealing ripe red berry and black fruits. Liquorice notes, typical of the Tempranillo variety, also come through. Sweet, roasted coffee bean aromas follow with hints of vanilla and touches of spice. A crianza which is complex and beautiful, an outstanding red wine.
This Condado de Haza Crianza is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero region, prepared by Condado de Haza. This is a winery belonging to Familia Fernández Rivera. The Condado de Haza is the sister property to Pesquera, both planted by the pioneering Alejandro Fernandez, who died earlier this year. The vineyard was planted with tempranillo between 1986 and 1989, and it’s these mature vines that give birth to this robust red.
This 2019 Condado de Haza Crianza wine is best paired with Stews, Roasts, Game animals, Stew, Semi-mature Cheese, Grilled red meats, and Roasted Pork.
