The exceptional style of Opus One resulted from the combination of their talent, their vision and the unique terroir of the Oakville AVA an Eden for Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, this highly sought-after wine is produced from four different parcels, two parcels making up the famous 40-hectare To-Kalon vineyard, along with the River and Ballestra Parcels surrounding the Opus One winery.

The iconic 2012 Proprietary Red Opus One wine is a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot, 6% Merlot and 2% Malbec aged 18 months in French oak.

The 2018 Tinto Pesquera Reserva wine by Alejandro Fernandez from Ribera del Duero, Spain. This Pesquera Tinto Reserva has finesse and strength and is a wonderful example of the true elegance that can be obtained when Tempranillo is aged over time in bottle. Clean and brilliant with an attractive, deep ruby hue. Nose: Complex and very elegant with black fruit aroma, such as plums, together with notes of smoke, spices, roasted coffee beans, toffee, licorice and brioche. Palate: Full, creamy and lingering on the palate. Very rounded, coated tannins with hints of well-integrated fruit coming through.

Tinto Pesquera’s vines are located within the province of Valladolid, in the heart of Ribera del Duero, which has hot summers, incredibly cold winters and extreme diurnal temperature differences that create an ideal combination for producing silky and sumptuous Tempranillo wines.

This 2018 Tinto Pesquera Reserva wine is a perfect as an accompaniment with casseroles, red meats and matured cheeses.

The 2012 Peter Lehmann Stonewell Shiraz wine has a dense black center and garnet rim color. This Stonewell Shiraz wine has aromas of plum, chocolate and hints of mint. The 2012 vintage is a powerful one that has a long life ahead of it. The Shiraz wine structure shows intense depth of fruit and firm tannins. While bold on the palate, there is always an inherent complexity to the Stonewell that enables it to be compared with all of the great Australian wines produced today. This Australian Shiraz wine is exceptional from start to finish.

The wine was named Stonewell after the district that he believed best showed the characters admired most in Barossa Shiraz. One of the benchmarks of Barossa Shiraz, Peter Lehmann’s Stonewell is a classic example of the rich concentrated old vine style. For over 20 years, Stonewell has been lauded as one of Australia’s greatest wines and one of the world’s greatest Shiraz Wine.

The 2019 Pewsey Vale Eden Valley Riesling has a pale straw with green hues. Intense aromas of fine dried herbs, white flowers, lemon and lime. The Pirramimma ACJ McLaren Vale Cabernet Shiraz Petit Verdot 2013 has an attractive bright, deep brick red colour. Exhibits a profusion of Cherries, Blackberries, floral Violets, Rose Petals, Lavender with Spice, Mocha and subtle Vanillin oak. The palate shows seamless layers of a mosaic of berry fruits, mocha, and violets with persistent fine long tannins and mineral acidity. This wine has a blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Shiraz, 13% Petit Verdot.

The 2015 Pirramimma Ironstone Petit Verdot wine an absolute giant of a red wine from the Fleurieu District in McLaren Vale. It’s entirely petit verdot, a variety that used to ripen in Bordeaux once a decade, but that obviously has no issues with achieving ripeness in McLaren Vale, especially at Pirramimma where they have a great feeling for this variety.

The Pirramimma Ironstone Petit Verdot wine spends 24 months in a mix of French and American oak that seems to have little effect on the boisterous, spicy, blackberry, boysenberry and black olive flavours that swarm your palate. As big as it is, the tannins are dense and rich with polished edges.

The Pirramimma McLaren Vale 12 Year Old Liqueur Port wine has a light tawny in colour with the nose showing a rich, Rancio character. The palate is smooth and richly satisfying. Blended from Grenache, Shiraz and Pedro varieties of various selected ages.

The colour of the 2021 Pirramimma Stock’s Hill Sauvignon Blanc wine is pale straw with green tinges, with an aroma of passionfruit and pineapple. The palate follows through with tropical notes and a citrus backbone, giving the Sauvignon Blanc a clean and refreshing finish.

The 2019 Pirramimma Stock’s Hill Shiraz wine has the aromas of mulberry, cedar, Satsuma plum and liquorice. On the palate black cherry, dark chocolate, spice flavours are integrated with hints of pepper & blueberry, balance by subtle toasted oak. The Pirramimma Stock’s Hill Shiraz wine has a rich firmly structured wine with tannin, fruit and oak in harmony.

The 2019 Pirramimma War Horse Shiraz wine is a limited release wine displays a bouquet of briary blackberry, spicy plum, infused with hints of vanilla, red frangipani, nutmeg and black olive notes. The intense palate delivers spicy mulberry, red liquorice, cranberry, star of anise and dark chocolate, which is enhanced by quality cedary oak and hints of morello cherry. This handcrafted War Horse Shiraz wine is superbly balanced by a seam of firm tannins, well integrated oak and great length of flavour.

The Pirramimma White Label Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 has a black/deep brick red, with aromas of spicy blackberry, dark plum and briary characters. There is rich blackcurrant, loganberry and prune flavours on the palate with hints of dark chocolate integrated by mocha oak and balanced by firm tannin. The Pirramimma White Label Cabernet Sauvignon wine is full bodied with excellent weight and structure.

The Pirramimma White Label Petit Verdot 2017 has a deep purple in colour. Lifted sweet black cherry and delicate violet and floral nose. The palate displays complex fruit with lingering soft ripe tannins well balanced by American oak. The Pirramimma White Label Petit Verdot wine has a clean finish and conducive tannins.

The 2019 Pirramimma White Label Shiraz wine has an aroma of spicy red plum, dried fruits and vanillan oak, with hints of coconut and pepper. The palate shows flavours of dark chocolate, sweet plum and toasted mocha oak, with cinnamon notes. This White Label Shiraz wine has wonderfully balanced with fine savoury tannins, subtle oak and acid in harmony, finishing with great length.

The Ployez Jacquemart Champagne has a lovely hint of honeysuckle accents the flavors of mirabelle plum, white cherry, anise and grated ginger. This Ployez Jacquemart Champagne is finely knit and detailed in texture, with a mouthwatering finish of ripe fruit, spice and chalk accents.
