The 2020 Richland Shiraz is a fine, full bodied Shiraz wine with tastes of rich black fruits and spice, aromas of richly ripened dark black berries with earthy tones and some mild spices. This shiraz wine is a well balanced, juicy, with smooth tannins. A wonderful fruit infusion on the palate, and a very pleasing and consistent nose. The Richland White Moscato wine by Calabria has a straw yellow in colour with light golden hues. This Richland White Moscato wine has a pungent nose of rose petal and orange blossom. The Chardonnay wine is pleasantly fresh, dry wine with tropical fruit notes and a round, nutty finish. The Romio Chardonnay Friuli should be served well chilled and can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or as the perfect accompaniment to seafood and delicately flavoured pasta and risotto dishes.

The 2020 Romio Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine is vibrant, youthful medium-bodied. The wine has a floral nose and lots of delicious ripe cherry fruit flavours on the palate.

This Romio Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine can be enjoyed with or without food; it is natural partner to tomato-based pasta dishes and works well with nibbles such as olives and nuts.

The Romio Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is a off-dry, lemon yellow sparkling wine is overflowing with acacia blossom aromas and a fruit-forward palate of honeydew melon, lime juice and white peach; its enticing mouthfeel with fine bubbles makes it a refreshing aperitif. The zesty acidity is a crowd-pleaser when paired with oysters, smoked salmon, or sushi.

The 2020 Saint Clair Omaka Reserve Chardonnay wine has the aroma of fragrant peach, toasted spice and subtle vanilla notes. This Omaka Reserve Chardonnay has a colour of Pale gold. Full bodied, generous and textural with flavours of ripe charred stone fruit, grapefruit and a smoky oak character that leads to a long and lingering finish.

The 2021 Saint Clair Omaka Reserve Pinot Noir wine has a deep ruby color. This Omaka Reserve Pinot Noir wine has a complex nose with black cherry, boysenberry, vanilla toasty oak and fresh dark coffee. Palate shows dark fruis of black cherries, blackcurrants, and blueberry followed by layers of black olive, dark chocolate, liquorice, violets and classic dried Thyme. The acidity is firm and fully integrated giving freshness, supporting velvet tannins and a delectable fresh coffee and vanilla pod finish.

The 2021 Saint Clair Vicar’s Choice Sauvignon Blanc wine is a classic example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, with intense flavours of passionfruit, preserved lemon and grapefruit.
