The 2020 Vina Ventisquero Vertice Carmenere Syrah wine is a highly concentrated wine with an all- embracing structure, thanks to the firm tannins which have become more rounded as a result of the bottle-ageing.This Ventisquero Vertice Carmenere Syrah wine has a bluish-black in colour, the nose reveals ripe berries together with spices such as black pepper, tobacco and chocolate. This Vertice Carmenere Syrah wine is delicious and has a persistent finish.

The Wente Beyer Ranch Zinfandel 2018 has a light brick red in colour and on the nose aromas of blueberry, cherry and black pepper with hints of cranberry and licorice.  On the palate, expect black cherry and spice This Zinfandel has fine tannins and a moderately long finish.

This Wente Cabernet Sauvignon wine has flavors of black cherry, chocolate and hints of vanilla, cinnamon and coffee from oak barrel aging.  With balanced acidity, and round mouthfeel. The 2019 Wente Charles Wetmore Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon wine delivers a smooth, lingering finish.

This 2021 Wente Louis Mel Sauvignon Blanc has a beautiful grassy color and aromas of guava, melon, gooseberry, citrus and pineapple.  With crisp acidity and flavors of honeydew melon and pineapple, this wine delivers a clean and refreshing finish. The Wente Louis Mel Sauvignon Blanc wine should be served chilled.

The 2021 Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay wine has the aromas and flavors of green apple and tropical fruits, balanced by subtle oak, cinnamon and vanilla from barrel aging. With a mouth-filling body and balanced acidity. This Chardonnay wine delivers a medium-long, refreshing finish.

This Wente Riva Ranch wine is a medium- bodied Chardonnay has a rich, golden color and aromas and flavors of honey, graham, cinnamon and light floral notes, balanced by subtle oak, butter and vanilla from barrel aging. The Wente Riva Ranch Reserve Chardonnay wine has a round mouthfeel and a long, fruity finish.

This Riesling exhibits aromas of honeysuckle, lychee and fresh cut red apple, with a hint of nutmeg. The 2021 Wente Riverbank Riesling wine taste is crisp and fresh, delivering full, classic Riesling flavors of red apple and spice. The acid and the semi-sweetness are perfectly balanced for an excellent mouth feel.

On the palate, this Merlot wine is full-bodied, but with a smooth mid-palate that showcases aromas and flavors of blackberry and spice-accented by hints of licorice and tobacco.
This delicious Wente Sandstone Merlot bursts with berry flavors from cranberry, grilled cherry and acai, finishing with a nice lingering acidity.

The 2020 Wente Sandstone Merlot is a beautiful wine and pairs well with cheese, chicken, and grilled pork.

This Wente Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep red in color with bright cherry, vanilla, cinnamon and toasted oak aromas. Rich, yet approachable tannins, along with mouth-filling cherry flavors and a hint of cinnamon, provide a long, smooth finish. The 2019 Wente Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful wine.

The 2011 Wente Nth Degree Cabernet Sauvignon is one that represents a fantastic vintage overall. Complex, this wine first hits you with aromas of fruit and a secondary layer of herbs such as bay leaf, to tobacco and black tea. With lingering tannins and nice acidity, this wine is both drinkable now and worthy of storing in your cellar. Our Winemakers recommend decanting this wine upon drinking.

Wente The NTH Degree Chardonnay wine has a beautiful toast aromatic, reminiscent of reminiscent of crème brûlée or toasted marshmallow, rounded by the acidity of ripe lemon. This wine is decadent with a creamy mouthfeel and nice acidity.

The 2018 Domaine William Fevre Chablis wine is beautifully layered, perfumed and expressive. White flowers, mint and orchard fruit all grace this silky, inviting Chablis from Fèvre. This 2018 Domaine William Fevre Chablis wine has lovely fruitiness with an attractive freshness and characteristic minerality, Chablis is a wine region with global renown. Domaine William Fèvre’s vineyards sit on Kimmeridgian subsoil and enjoy ideal exposures for the production of a very fine wine. This hablis wine has a fleshy and elegant bouquet revealing citrus, white fruits and flowers aromas. The mouth is fresh, supple underscored by mineral. The 2018 Domaine William Fevre Chablis wine is best served with fish dishes, grilled or in a light sauce; various seafood, and oysters and sushis.

Domaine Fevre owns just under 47ha designated as AC Chablis. Aged for 10-12 months in stainless steel, with a small proportion matured in aged oak barrels for 4-6 months, this Chablis carries much more weight and concentration, with plenty of firm acidity from the ripe, forward 2018 vintage.

The Yalumba Angas Brut Premium NV Cuvee has a very pale straw in colour, the lifted strawberry and cream and biscuit characters of pinot Noir contribute to the palate richness. This is counter-balanced by the ‘citurs’ Chardonnay fruit structure and fine acidity of the wine. Bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees gives this wine complexity and produces dough and nutty flavours

The Yalumba Angas Moscato wine produced using this fruit features a bright hot-pink hue, with the nose exhibiting blissful aromas of lychee, mush, pink flowers and spice. The light and zesty palate are brimming with berry fruit and lemon sherbet flavours, offering a subtle sweetness on the mid-palate. The finish is crisp and refreshing. With an alcohol content of 8.5%, this wine can be enjoyed with as an aperitif, or with foods like Laksa and lightly-spiced Thai salads.

Carrying on our tradition of fortified winemaking, our Yalumba Antique Muscat is a fine dessert wine that highlights the rich, raisined and luscious style of Rutherglen Muscat. This is an indulgent and seamless wine. The Yalumba Antique Muscat has rose petal, ginger spice and orange peel aromas, with butterscotch and fruitcake. The palate is soft, silken and concentrated, with rich flavours of raisined fruit, wood aged characters, fruitcake and spices.

This Yalumba Muscat wine is best enjoyed with blue cheese, crème brûlée or pecan pie and a dollop of triple cream. The wine can be served chilled. Refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness.

The Yalumba Antique Tawny has a classic dried fruit flavours, notably prunes, dates and figs, with nutty chocolate and spice. The fine brandy spirit provides a classic, drying finish.

This velvety fortified Yalumba Antique Tawny is blended from antique barrels of our very best tawny, and laid down in our historic cellars over many years. The ageing process evaporates a tiny share each year leaving a rich, concentrated wine with nutty characters.
