This hablis wine has a fleshy and elegant bouquet revealing citrus, white fruits and flowers aromas. The mouth is fresh, supple underscored by mineral. The 2018 Domaine William Fevre Chablis wine is best served with fish dishes, grilled or in a light sauce; various seafood, and oysters and sushis.

Domaine Fevre owns just under 47ha designated as AC Chablis. Aged for 10-12 months in stainless steel, with a small proportion matured in aged oak barrels for 4-6 months, this Chablis carries much more weight and concentration, with plenty of firm acidity from the ripe, forward 2018 vintage.

The Yalumba Angas Brut Premium NV Cuvee has a very pale straw in colour, the lifted strawberry and cream and biscuit characters of pinot Noir contribute to the palate richness. This is counter-balanced by the ‘citurs’ Chardonnay fruit structure and fine acidity of the wine. Bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees gives this wine complexity and produces dough and nutty flavours

The Yalumba Angas Moscato wine produced using this fruit features a bright hot-pink hue, with the nose exhibiting blissful aromas of lychee, mush, pink flowers and spice. The light and zesty palate are brimming with berry fruit and lemon sherbet flavours, offering a subtle sweetness on the mid-palate. The finish is crisp and refreshing. With an alcohol content of 8.5%, this wine can be enjoyed with as an aperitif, or with foods like Laksa and lightly-spiced Thai salads.

Carrying on our tradition of fortified winemaking, our Yalumba Antique Muscat is a fine dessert wine that highlights the rich, raisined and luscious style of Rutherglen Muscat. This is an indulgent and seamless wine. The Yalumba Antique Muscat has rose petal, ginger spice and orange peel aromas, with butterscotch and fruitcake. The palate is soft, silken and concentrated, with rich flavours of raisined fruit, wood aged characters, fruitcake and spices.

This Yalumba Muscat wine is best enjoyed with blue cheese, crème brûlée or pecan pie and a dollop of triple cream. The wine can be served chilled. Refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness.

The Yalumba Antique Tawny has a classic dried fruit flavours, notably prunes, dates and figs, with nutty chocolate and spice. The fine brandy spirit provides a classic, drying finish.

This velvety fortified Yalumba Antique Tawny is blended from antique barrels of our very best tawny, and laid down in our historic cellars over many years. The ageing process evaporates a tiny share each year leaving a rich, concentrated wine with nutty characters.

The Yalumba Barossa Patchwork Shiraz wine has a distinct as the region that created it, Patchwork is the point where all of the Barossa’s unique characteristics converge. History, craft, geography and climate come together to produce a Shiraz that perfectly articulates what this remarkable region truly represents.

The 2023 Yalumba FSW Botrytis Viognier wine has aromas of intense honeysuckle, musk and vanilla with notes of lemon thyme and ginger. The palate, with high residual sugar, is long and luscious with opulent flavours of stone fruit and spice. The balance is perfect, delicately poised between sweetness and acidity with a memorable, lingering finish.

This Yalumba Viognier wine is best enjoyed with delicious with tarte Tatin and cinnamon ice cream, Baklava or vegan raspberry cheesecake.

The 2019 Yalumba Samuel’s Collection Barossa Bush Vine Grenache wine is bright and jubey with spicy dark berried fruits and a savoury, meaty plum fragrance. The palate packs a juicy core of impressive density showing savoury and earthy textures and a fine grained tannin finish. This Samuel’s Collection Barossa Bush Vine Grenache wine has medium reds with purple hues.

The 2019 Yalumba Samuel’s Collection Barossa Shiraz wine has a deep red in colour with sweet, fresh and fragrant aromatics of cherries, plums and bright red-current fruits. Subtle spices and clove notes are present as are the floral hints of Viognier. The Yalumba Shiraz is a medium to full bodied wine with red fruit flavours, fine spices and cloves.

The 2018 Yalumba Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz wine has a deep dark red in colour, this wine displays aromas which are dense and curranty, yet pure and bright. The nose shows lifted florals, violets and choc mints. The palate is brooding and serious with dark chocolate hazelnuts and warm generosity. The Yalumba Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz wine finishes with long fine powdery tannins.

The 2017 Yalumba The Menzies Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon wine opens with a full berry attack building to a round full mid palate of fruit and oak. The Menzies Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon wine is full bodied with great length given by soft, velvety tannins. The Cabernet Sauvignon aromas is full, rich and ripe; reminiscent of blackcurrants, cedar furniture, bay leaves and anise.

The Yalumba The Octavius Old Vine Barossa Shiraz 2016 is full depth red purple in colour. The nose shows hints of opulent plums, coffee and cedar with a crunch of dark berries and a burst of olive and aniseed. The palate displays sweet spicy fruit in the mid palate, all plump and juicy. This Shiraz is full bodied and has a melt of oozing tannins to finish.

The Yalumba The Scribbler Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz wine has dense crimson purple in colour with a very appealing nose, displaying excellent concentration of dark fruits, spices, liquorice and dark olives. Fresh aromas of violets and lavender are present. The palate is silky and elegant, tasting of sweet blackcurrants and blueberries.

The 2021 Yalumba Y Series Cabernet Sauvignon wine has great varietal character, showing blackcurrant, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate and a sprinkle of aniseed spice. This Yalumba Y Series Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium bodied red with dark berry flavours, savoury overtones and classical chalky tannins give the wine great length.

The 2021 Yalumba Y Series Merlot wine has an intense crimson red and displays aromas of beetroot and red fruits with hints of eucalypt, crushed fennel and tobacco leaf. The palate is youthful and bright with red currants and mulberries, juicy fruit through the mid palate. This Yalumba Merlot wine has velvety tannins and rhubarb tartness on the finish.
