The Vasse Felix Heytesbury Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec 2009 has aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant fruit and hints of orange and cranberries. The palate is a powerhouse of cassis and dark berries hints of orange and cinnamon, complemented by chocolate and savoury spice. This full bodied wine shows lovely balance of fruit weight, fresh acidity and dry, intense back palate tannins. The Vasse Felix Heytesbury Chardonnay 2014 wine has a pale to mid straw in colour. Pristine, vibrant fruit aromas dance in the glass. This Felix Heytesbury Chardonnay has fruit characters of nectarine, tangerine and grapefruit enveloped with roasted nuts and crème fraiche coming from malolactic fermentation and long maturation on lees in the barrel. The has a palate is crisp but also creamy with a great purity of minerals and fruit.
This Vasse Felix wine has an opaque saturated black dark red colour with very deep dark red black hue. The Vasse Felix Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2018 has an aromatic profile of blackberry, dark plum, confectionary, blackpepper and spice. Flavours of ripe blackberry, plum, liquorice, blackpepper and spicy cedar characteristics on the back palate. Super fine tannin structure with very long aftertaste of liquorice, blackberry, blackpepper and spice.
The 2018 Vasse Felix Shiraz wine has a bright deep maroon color. A complex perfume of black cherry and boysenberry, underpinned with an endearing pastrami note. This shiraz wine has a beautiful notes of rose petal potpourri and Chinese black tea open to hints of English cheddar and teak wax. A luscious entrance with bright, tangy raspberry, black cherries and notes of liquorice and vanilla. The stems bring a lovely mineral sensation with a velvety tannin polish, leaving the finish fresh and dry.

The 2016 Vasse Felix Tom Cullity Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec wine opens beautifully with cherry pip, cassis, christmas cake, orange rind, pot pourri and hints of Australian forest floor. The palate is incredibly luscious, rich fruit builds into a long, fine, powdery tannin structure. Refreshing floral notes are expressed throughout the palate with lingering blackcurrant and blackberry. This wine is medium bodied, the complexity of ocean and nori influence pairs beautifully with notes of chocolate, polished leather and exotic spices. An elegant, palpable and clean dry finish with earthy power and wild berry custard tart rounding out this complex palate.
Vasse Felix, Margaret River’s founding wine estate, was established by Dr Thomas Brendan Cullity in 1967. Among his first plantings were Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec vines, from which he produced the estate’s first red wine. The Tom Cullity descends from these original vines and represents the pinnacle of Vasse Felix.
The Yalumba Angas Brut Premium NV Cuvee has a very pale straw in colour, the lifted strawberry and cream and biscuit characters of pinot Noir contribute to the palate richness. This is counter-balanced by the citurs Chardonnay fruit structure and fine acidity of the wine. Bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees gives this wine complexity and produces dough and nutty flavours

Carrying on our tradition of fortified winemaking, our Yalumba Antique Muscat is a fine dessert wine that highlights the rich, raisined and luscious style of Rutherglen Muscat. This is an indulgent and seamless wine. The Yalumba Antique Muscat has rose petal, ginger spice and orange peel aromas, with butterscotch and fruitcake. The palate is soft, silken and concentrated, with rich flavours of raisined fruit, wood aged characters, fruitcake and spices.
This Yalumba Muscat wine is best enjoyed with blue cheese, crème brûlée or pecan pie and a dollop of triple cream. The wine can be served chilled. Refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness.
