Description

The 2021 Vina Ventisquero Grey Syrah wine is a dark ruby colour with a black fruit nose, featuring blackberries and plums, as well as spicy notes, like black pepper and tertiary aromas, such as leather and bacon. A Syrah wine from Apalta displaying the typical characteristics of both the variety and the terroir.

The Ventisquero Grey wine represents the complete expression of a single block of vines and pays homage to its place of origin. Hand-harvested, personally selected grapes, given exceptional care under the direct management of Felipe Tosso.

This 2021 Vina Ventisquero Grey Glacier Syrah wine pairs well with mature cheese, grilled red meat and well-seasoned dishes.
