The Oeil de Perdrix rosé is cultivated with respect for nature and is produced on quite gravelly soils. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir, either by direct pressing or by being “bled” directly from the vat of Pinot Noir after being macerated cold for 12 hours.
This salmon-colored wine is made from Pinot Noir and has aromas of apple, rose and vanilla. On the palate it is smooth and balanced with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and rose petal. It has a creamy finish.
