    The Chateau Bonnet Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is a Bordeaux red comes in a rather dark and intense red color, still featuring some clear purple hues and therefore looking quite youthful despite its 5+ years of age. Touches of orange hues to the core do intensify its dark appearance. The nose also feels deep and serious, packed-full of dark cocoa, vanilla and dark caramel notes. Although, a sense of light-hearted liveliness also comes through in the shape of vibrant ripe cherry and blackcurrant aromas, lifted and spiced up by scents of white and black pepper.     The 2018 Chateau Ferran wine has a deep garnet-purple color. The wines are fruit forward with distinct varietal characteristics. Chateau Los Boldos occupies a 250 ha site in one of Chile’s finest viticultural areas.

    The Craggy Range began with the desire to create a legacy. When Terry Peabody visited New Zealand in 1997 he was introduced to Steve Smith, MW. Terry sensed an exciting possibility in New Zealand; the exceptional climate and spirit of the people aligned with his own philosophy and desire to cut a new path. He wanted to create wines that would become internationally regarded as New World classics. The two men made an important decision from the beginning – to select and source the best land in the country, and to plant the vines perfectly suited to that soil and climate. The winery is one of the most technically advanced ever built in New Zealand and is known for uncompromising standards and meticulous craftsmanship.

    The 2021 Craggy Range Te Muna Road Vineyard Riesling wine has a very pale straw-lemon in colour. This Craggy Range Riesling wine has aromas of lemon curd, kaffir lime leaf and rose petal.     The Craggy Range Te Muna Road Vineyard is seven kilometres outside the Martinborough township and at higher elevation which delays harvest by about a week. Here they focus on cultivation of the classic cool climate varieties of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. This 2021 Craggy Range Te Muna Road Vineyard Riesling wine is a fine expression of dry Martinborough Riesling.
