One of the most original and most famous red wines of Italy. The main grape is corvina. The grapes are left to dry in baskets in well ventilated rooms for up to 4 months. The maturation in vats is long.

The 2021 Bolla Cabernet Sauvignon delle Venezie wine has a ruby red in color, with aromas of black fruit, vanilla, and clove. This Bolla Cabernet Sauvignon is well balanced with a silky pepper and black-currant finish.

Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about one week with twice-daily pumping over to obtain color, soft tannins, and optimal extraction. The wine undergoes barrique aging, resulting in a touch of vanilla which increases the wine’s complexity without masking the aroma of this variety. 10% of the wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months before blending.

The 2017 Bolla Le Origini Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Riserva wine is characterized by a deep garnet color. The nose opens with aromas of wild cherries and pear, enriched with pleasant spicy hints of vanilla and licorice. On the palate it is warm, with clear aromas of cocoa and spices.

The 2021 Bolla Merlot delle Venezie wine displays intense scents of dried plums, liquorice, vanilla, white pepper and tobacco. This Bolla Merlot delle Venezie is a full, round red wine, light and elegant, of medium body.

The 2021 Bolla Pinot Grigio delle Venezie Retro wine is well balanced with crisp acidity, minerality and delicate flavors with hints of peach, melon, pear and lime. Extra dry, medium-bodied with a fresh and clean finish. The Pinot Grigio wine has a pale straw in color.

The 2021 Bolla Soave Classico Retro wine has intense aromas of flowers and pear, medium-bodied, harmonious and balanced flavors of lemon and acacia honey. This wine has bright, pale yellow colour; intense and fragrant bouquet of hedgerow and elderflower with notes of tropical fruit and candied apricot on the palate. The close is tangy, well balanced and persistent.

This Bolla Soave is ideal with pasta and risotto starters, pickled/salted fish, grilled fish and poultry. Great aperitif.
