The 2021 Haart Goldtropfchen Spatlese wine has a delicate bouquet of ripe peach and tropical fruits, mixed with the fresh slate aroma typical for Mosel-Riesling. Complex fruit on the palate with blackcurrant, red berries and spices. The mineral acidity keeps the balance of fruit and sweetness.

Very enjoyable in its early stage for its fruity richness, this wine shows its true potential after 10 and more years of cellaring, making it a complex and unique experience. The 2021 Haart to Heart wine has a rich and elegant nose of peaches, blackcurrant and pineapples. Refreshing but balanced acidity defines the palate, again with plenty of fruit. This Riesling is easy to sip with a nice grip of minerals in the finish.

Vinification: The hand-picked grapes were crushed carefully and the must partly fermented with indigenous yeasts. After a long and cool fermentation the wine is filtered carefully and bottled 5 months after harvest. To preserve the wines character wine treatment during vinification is kept to a minimum.

The Hill-Smith Estate Eden Valley Chardonnay has a pale good with tingers of green hues. On the nose, smoky wild yeast complexity and subtle notes of struck flint interwine with aromas of white nectarine, grilled cashews and citrus blossom. This Chardonnay  is full flavoured and textural on the palate, with creamy white nougat, citrus zest and ripe quince and melon flavours. The richness is held in check by a restrained grapefruit acidity and a savoury finish.

The 2022 Watervale Riesling has all the hallmarks of a classic Clare Valley Riesling; with fresh cut citrus, lemon grass, yellow peach and white florals on the nose. This Jim Barry Riesling has a firm acid drive, with an abundance of citrus, white peach, honey dew melons, gooseberries and a fresh lime finish.
