It shows lifted notes of blackberry and blueberry briary fruits, licorice, perfumed- violets, and a lick of toasty vanillin oak. The palate is restrained in its youth, whilst having the concentration and depth the McRae Wood is famous for. Vibrant dark forest fruits of blackberry and plum are complemented by a rich streak of earthy goodness. This McRae Wood Shiraz wine shows a generous girth with rich fruit cake fruits, cherry, and blackberry supported with balanced acidity and complex, delicate grained tannins.

The 2022 Watervale Riesling has all the hallmarks of a classic Clare Valley Riesling; with fresh cut citrus, lemon grass, yellow peach and white florals on the nose. The 2017 Kaiken Mai Malbec wine has a vibrant purple color. Clear mineral and spicy notes combined with aromas of black fruits and mature cherry, that are accompanied by vanilla and coffee notes. On the mouth the wine expresses great structure, roundness and a long persistence.
