The 2021 Haart to Heart wine has a rich and elegant nose of peaches, blackcurrant and pineapples. Refreshing but balanced acidity defines the palate, again with plenty of fruit. This Riesling is easy to sip with a nice grip of minerals in the finish.

Vinification: The hand-picked grapes were crushed carefully and the must partly fermented with indigenous yeasts. After a long and cool fermentation the wine is filtered carefully and bottled 5 months after harvest. To preserve the wines character wine treatment during vinification is kept to a minimum.

The 2021 Habla La Tierra wine has a garnet intense cherry characteristic of all our wines, with violet rim. Bright and clean the glass, with dense tears. This Tempranillo wine has aromas of tomato leaf, anise, and chamomile, evoke the land where the grapes ripen. This Habla La Tierra has scents of fig leafs in the spring which is sweet and bitter.

Bodegas Habla is a newly-founded winery in Extremadura and also a valuable research and investigation (R & I) enterprise, serving the vine-growing and wine-producing industry. José Civantos and Juan Tirado, the winery’s owners, have opted for the most advanced techniques and invested in the most modern technology available.

The 2013 Hacienda Zorita Magister MMXIII by Marques de la Concordia is an exceptional wine of elegance and complexity. This Hacienda Zorita Magister wine has aromas of fragrant peppered plum nose with savoury cedar oak, hint of strawberry freshness, blueberry and subtle cold cut meats. Gorgeous velvet palate, high quality oak, some sweetness on the dark fruit core and firm tannins persisting. The Hacienda Zorita Magister MMXIII is suitable for cellar ageing.

The Hacienda Zorita Magister MMXIII wine has a blend of 75% Shiraz, 15% Tempranillo, 10% Merlot. This Spanish Wine is then aged for 18 months in new French Allier oak casks in the Marqués de la Concordia Ageing Cellar at Hacienda Zorita.

This 2013 Hacienda Zorita Magister MMXIII wine is ideal with grilled meats such as lamb or beef.

The Hacienda Zorita Natural Reserve wine by Vega de La Reina Verdejo has a pale yellow, very clear with some transparent greenish glints. This Hacienda Zorita Natural Reserve wine is remarkable intensity, fruity character, primary aromas of the variety, fruit in the layer. Balance on the palate, with flavors of sweet fruit and green fruit acidity, tasty and long.

This Hacienda Zorita Natural Reserve wine is best paired with mediterranean cuisine, fresh, light, natural cuisine, pure food, little treated. Salads, vegetables, barbecued grilled vegetables. Fantastic with a Portuguese Cod, or with a sauté of spinach, raisins and pine nuts.

The 2018 Hacienda Zorita Tempranillo wine has aromas of cedar, tobacco and vanilla accent dark-berry scents in front of a palate with edgy tannins and sharp acidity. Blackberry, black cherry, tobacco and vanilla are the key flavors on this good but grating Tempranillo that finishes with oaky flavors of vanilla and tobacco. This Zorita Tempranillo wine has an added dimension is the subtle use of oak which combines well with the soft ripe tannins.

The Hacienda Zorita Tempranillo is an award-winning red wine grown in the Duero Valley’s most remote and virtually unspoiled wine region. The Hacienda Zorita Tempranillo is made from selected grapes grown on a 72 ha. Vineyard in the Natural Park of Arribes del Duero, the Unamuno Vineyard in D.O Arribes del Duero. Here, we work with the latest viticulture techniques including the Smart-Dyson vine training method, allowing for better and more complete ripening of the grapes. We grow international varieties Syrah, Malbec, Cabarnet Sauvignon and Merlot as well as Spain’s Indigenous Tempranillo.

This Hacienda Zorita Tempranillo is best paired with Spanish charcuterie such as jamon Iberica or chorizo and Spanish cured cheese such as manchego.

The 2021 Hacienda Zorita Vega de la Reina Verdejo Rueda wine has straw-coloured yellow with greenish hues. This white wine has an intense, delicate aroma, with both white stone fruit flavours and a hint of herbs. The Vega de la Reina Verdejo Rueda wine is round in the mouth, smooth and creamy, with a crisp final acidity. This white wine is ideal with any appetizers, fish, seafood and poultry.

The Bodega Vega de la Reina vineyard is located in Valdestillas in the province of Valladolid, on the banks of the rivers Duero and Adaja.

The Henriot Blanc de Blancs Lumiere 2020 has a sparkling, crystalline pale gold with slight green highlights. Abundant effervescence with fine delicate bubbles. Floral and fruity nose with pastry aromas, followed by spicy notes. On the palate, full and powerful. The clean and delicious finish develops on a light menthol note and shows excellent length.

The Henriot Brut Millesime Blanc 2008 has a bright yellow color. Yellow plum, pear, musky herbs, spices and a whiff of woodsmoke on the highly fragrant nose. This champagne is powerful but lively, with excellent clarity to the deep, chewy pit fruit and lemon pith flavors. Finishes with very good smoky persistence.

The Henriot Brut Rose 2008 champagne has a salmon pink with copper highlights. Fine, persistent effervescence. Intense, complex and pleasantly fruity, the nose reveals aromas of red berry fruit and freshly squeezed citrus fruit, then light vegetal fragrances and floral scents. The palate offers lots of freshness and excellent balance. lovely balsamic and floral notes precede the spicy aromas. Delicious finish.

The Henriot Brut Souverain Lumiere 2020 has a brilliant light strawgold color. Effervescence is dense and persistent with fine, regular bubbles. Nose is precise, expressive and refreshing, with notes of citrus and yellow fruit, floral and pastry aromas follow. On the palate pastry and spice with fruit notes. The full texture precedes a clean, refreshing finish.

The Henriot Cuvee Des Enchanteleurs 2000 is a perfect illustration of Maison Henriot’s mastery of the assemblage, Vintage 2000 cuvee is composed in equal parts of Pinot noir and Chardonnay, conferring elegance on its complex structure.

This has found its way to earthy, mushroom and truffle notes on the nose, along with plenty of bright lemon, grapefruit, and grilled nuts too; very complex. The palate is a powerful statement of equal parts chardonnay and pinot noir. The acidity is tenacious and the depth impressive. Enchanting toasty finish and drinking very well now, this has a lot more to come.

The Henriot Cuvee Hemera 2005 has a yellow and gold-tinged in appearance. A constant stream of bubbles forms a lovely string of gossamer bubbles. Full-flavoured fruitiness, offering notes of apricot, stewed citrus fruits and pate de fruit, leads on the bouquet. Delicate roasted notes are peppered with a toasty and acacia honey-like quality. On the palate, pinot noir picks up the mantel, offering exquisite velvety structure, and masterful, delicate intensity. Delicate fruit flavours come to the fore, with notes of fresh and slightly candied citrus fruit.The aromatic intensity continues on the palate with subtle, honeyed, and delicately toasted notes, which bring rare value and presence to this Champagne.

The Henschke Cyril Henschke Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 has a sweet vanilla and cedar aromas mesh beautifully with the bouquet of blueberries, violets and cassis. This Henschke
Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep magenta in colour. The palate presents tight, well-integrated fine-grained tannins balanced perfectly with lush, dark berry fruit flavours.

The Henschke Henry’s Seven Shiraz Grenache Viognier 2018 has attractive aromas of spiced plum, red currant and blue and black berry fruits are met with floral nuances of violets and black pepper spice. The round, supple palate is filled with juicy blue and red fruits, spiced plum, liquorice and notes of crushed tarragon, with beautifully textured svelte tannins and a long, peppery finish. This wine has deep crimson with ruby hues.
