    The 2021 Haart to Heart wine has a rich and elegant nose of peaches, blackcurrant and pineapples. Refreshing but balanced acidity defines the palate, again with plenty of fruit. This Riesling is easy to sip with a nice grip of minerals in the finish.

    Vinification: The hand-picked grapes were crushed carefully and the must partly fermented with indigenous yeasts. After a long and cool fermentation the wine is filtered carefully and bottled 5 months after harvest. To preserve the wines character wine treatment during vinification is kept to a minimum.

    The 2021 Habla La Tierra wine has a garnet intense cherry characteristic of all our wines, with violet rim. Bright and clean the glass, with dense tears. This Tempranillo wine has aromas of tomato leaf, anise, and chamomile, evoke the land where the grapes ripen. This Habla La Tierra has scents of fig leafs in the spring which is sweet and bitter.

    Bodegas Habla is a newly-founded winery in Extremadura and also a valuable research and investigation (R & I) enterprise, serving the vine-growing and wine-producing industry. José Civantos and Juan Tirado, the winery’s owners, have opted for the most advanced techniques and invested in the most modern technology available.

    The Hacienda Zorita Magister MMXIII wine has a blend of 75% Shiraz, 15% Tempranillo, 10% Merlot. This Spanish Wine is then aged for 18 months in new French Allier oak casks in the Marqués de la Concordia Ageing Cellar at Hacienda Zorita.

    The Hacienda Zorita Tempranillo is an award-winning red wine grown in the Duero Valley’s most remote and virtually unspoiled wine region. The Hacienda Zorita Tempranillo is made from selected grapes grown on a 72 ha. Vineyard in the Natural Park of Arribes del Duero, the Unamuno Vineyard in D.O Arribes del Duero. Here, we work with the latest viticulture techniques including the Smart-Dyson vine training method, allowing for better and more complete ripening of the grapes. We grow international varieties Syrah, Malbec, Cabarnet Sauvignon and Merlot as well as Spain’s Indigenous Tempranillo.

    This Hacienda Zorita Tempranillo is best paired with Spanish charcuterie such as jamon Iberica or chorizo and Spanish cured cheese such as manchego.

    The Henriot Cuvee Hemera 2005 has a yellow and gold-tinged in appearance. A constant stream of bubbles forms a lovely string of gossamer bubbles. Full-flavoured fruitiness, offering notes of apricot, stewed citrus fruits and pate de fruit, leads on the bouquet. Delicate roasted notes are peppered with a toasty and acacia honey-like quality. On the palate, pinot noir picks up the mantel, offering exquisite velvety structure, and masterful, delicate intensity.
