    The 2021 Haart to Heart wine has a rich and elegant nose of peaches, blackcurrant and pineapples. Refreshing but balanced acidity defines the palate, again with plenty of fruit. This Riesling is easy to sip with a nice grip of minerals in the finish.

    Vinification: The hand-picked grapes were crushed carefully and the must partly fermented with indigenous yeasts. After a long and cool fermentation the wine is filtered carefully and bottled 5 months after harvest. To preserve the wines character wine treatment during vinification is kept to a minimum.
