The 2021 Chateau Los Boldos Momentos Carmenere wine has aromas of red and black fruits, fresh red peppers, with spicy notes. This Los Boldos Momentos Carmenere wine is fruity, well structured with round tannins, powerful and long finish. Château Los Boldos occupies a 250 hectare site in one of Chile’s finest viticultural areas.

The Chateau Los Boldos was created in 1991 with the aim of producing premium wines from Chile. Its founder envisioned wines that would benefit from century old French winemaking techniques combined with Chile’s terroir potential and ability to produce outstanding wine grapes. This dream was materialized in a single vineyard property and winery in Cachapoal Andes region, 100 km south of Santiago, gathering unique conditions for Chateau Los Boldos to produce its wines, controlling every single part of the process.

This 2021 Chateau Los Boldos Momentos Carmenere wine is perfect with beef, pork and game meats. As well as pasta with spicy sauces and sausages like salami and prosciutto.
