The 2019 Lucindale Sauvignon Blanc wine is a combination of flinty mineral notes with ripe tropical flavours gives the wine varietal character, elegance and balance. The 2021 Oxford Landing Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz wine has aromas of blackberry and plums with subtle notes of blackcurrant and tobacco leaf. The 2022 Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc wine is fresh and zesty aromas of passionfruit, lemongrass and freshly cut hay. Light-bodied, showing layers of fresh citrus and papaya flavours.

The Cool fermentation follows with aromatic yeast strains to enhance the punchy varietal zest of Sauvignon Blanc wine. A percentage was fermented on skins, which has added an extra dimension of complexity.

The 2021 Peppercorn Lane Chardonnay wine is from the Limestone coast wine region in South Australia. This Peppercorn Lane Chardonnay wine has a pale straw with vibrant green hues.
