    The 2021 Domaine Octavie Blanc wine is an authentic and expressive Loire Valley Sauvignon. It has a Brilliant yellow color with golden reflections. This Octavie Blanc wine has citrus fruits combine with white flowers, while aromas of gunstone give it relief. On the palate, it is a soft and fresh wine. The attack is frank and well balanced.

    Sauvignon de Touraine from good producers like Domaine Octavie is often seen as an affordable alternative to the more illustrious, and expensive, whites of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume.

    This 2021 Domaine Octavie Blanc has a blend of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect to be served with a seafood platter, grilled fish accompanied by roasted asparagus or goat cheese.

This Saint Emilion wine has a round and supple attack on the palate. This Dulong Saint Emilion wine has a great, rich and fleshy structure. As well as notes of liquorice, red and black fruits aromas at the end.

    The Dulong Prestige Saint Emilion wine has been made according to the traditional wine-making with stainless steel lining. This process is very long and lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Once the vinification is done, the wine is grown up in a tank with racking every three months.

    This Dulong Prestige Saint-Emilion wine could match perfectly with a Charcuterie Platter, Grilled or Roasted Meats, and Dark Chocolates.

    The 2021 Mission Estate Syrah wine has a soft and velvety with dark berry fruits, cracked pepper and sweet spices.     The 2021 Nekeas El Rincon wine has a bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb aromas fill the nostrils followed by some crème brulee and subtle toasty oak notes. This Nekeas El Rincon wine has a rich, creamy textured and mouth filling the palate features a concentrated flavour profile of ripe peaches, apricot and honeycomb over crème brulee, toasty oak and spicy nougat characters. Nicely balanced it finishes long, round and very moreish.

    Fruit for the ‘El Rincon’ Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards with an elevation of 600-650m. Fermentation is spontaneous in top quality French oak followed by three months of aging on fine lees.

    Bodegas Nekeas is situated in the valley of the stars, Valdizarbe, where vine cultivation is only made possible due to the presence of the Sierra del Perdón. Nekeas was established by a number of generational growers in the late 1980’s.

    Best paired with Lobster – grilled, Paella, Scampis, Fish or Sole in white butter sauce.

    The 2021 Poggio Scalette Chianti Classico wine has a bright ruby red in color, a lively bouquet of red fruits and blackberries complement undertones of ripe cherries and pomegranate seeds. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruit-forward with silky tannins that evolve throughout the finish. This Poggio Scalette Chianti Classico which is the maximum expression of its territory and of the grape varieties which compose its blend: first and foremost the Sangiovese of Ruffoli, the magic Chianti Classico hillside in Greve in Chianti.

    This is a wine that expresses both the Chianti Classico terroir as well as the Sangiovese grape. The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards in the village of Ruffoli, located in Greve.

    One of the biggest names in Italian wines, we were blown away by our recent tasting of the Poggio Scalette Chianti Classico. This famed Tuscan estate is known worldwide for their cultivation of 90 year old Sangiovese di Lamole in the Chianti Classico area of Greve.

    This 2021 Poggio Scalette Chianti Classico wine can be paired with a number of dishes including rosemary roasted lamb, tomato based sauces, and hearty chicken stews.

    The 2021 Terre di Valter Greco di Tufo wine has bright straw yellow color. This Terre di Valter Greco di Tufo is a refreshing, crisp wine that is known for its aromatic notes of lemons, pears, apple and toasted almonds and a lingering mineral finish. Floral and lemony with underlying pear and stone aromas, displaying gorgeous, succulent minerality in the mouth that gives backbone to the juicy yet composed apple, pear, lemon and floral notes.

    Greco di Tufo is a DOCG of the Campania wine region in southern Italy. It is responsible for what is arguably the region’s most prestigious white wine, made predominantly from the grape variety that shares its name. The name Tufo refers not only to one of the villages from which the wine comes, but also the type of rock on which the village was built.

    Food Pairing: Seafood, grilled fish, poultry, cold dishes and also as an aperitif.

    The 2021 Vina Promesa Rioja Blanco wine is a classic style of Rioja. This Vina Promesa Blanco wine has a clear straw yellow with green reflections. Notes of pineapple, green apple and freshly cut hay. Fresh with a large volume, with well-integrated acidity.

    Joaquin Marti­nez Bujanda founded this family business in Rioja in 1889, and was determined from the beginning to maintain quality by owning his own vineyards. This philosophy remains firmly in place and the company now owns nearly 1300 hectares in Rioja and La Mancha. The Promesa range offers a traditional style of barrel-aged Rioja, and is the latest offering from the company.

    Best paired with appetizers, ceviche, seafood and green salads.

In the mouth it is dry, pleasantly fresh and long-lasting. The final sensation reminiscent of almonds is typical of the appellation.

Chateau Malartic Lagraviere Blanc wine has a beautiful finish with a mineral touch. Its vivid and complex aromas are signs of extraordinary potential for ageing.

    The Domaine de Lagravière has always been recognized as having a terroir of quality; it was purchased at the end of the eighteenth century by the family of Count Hippolyte de Maurès de Malartic. An honourable servant to the Kings of France. Chateau Malartic Lagraviere is situated on a high terrace that has been deeply etched by the Eau Blanche stream and its tributaries.

    This 2022 Chateau Malartic Lagraviere Blanc wine are aged for 11 months on lees in oak barrels, with a proportion of 50% new barrels. The Vintage 2022 is a blend of 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

    Dolcetto is a red wine grape variety grown widely in the country where the DiGiorgio family has it’s origins. Known for their black cherry and licorice characters it works wonderfully as a Rosé style of wine.

    This Dolcetto Rose forms part of the Di Giorgio Family Wines Renaissance range. The family sources specific varietal fruit from different areas of the Limestone Coast where they believe the terroir is best suited to the variety.     The 2022 La Cadorette Chasselas Romand wine has a very pale lemon in appearance and has a delicate nose of apple skins with a hint of citrus. Despite the delicacy on the nose, the palate provides far more. This is quite a fruity Swiss white wine with the apple coming through much more strongly. There are some very nice minerals, a lovely stoniness and quite a long finish. This Chasselas Romand wine is powerful, lively and playful.

    The La Cadorette Chasselas Romand wine is best paired with fondue, raclette, fish dishes, and as an aperitif.
