The 2018 Alejandro Fernandez Crianza Pesquera Tinto wine has a clean and brilliant with an attractive, elegant garnet hue. This Crianza Pesquera Tinto wine has a pleasant fresh aromatics with red berry fruit notes, such as raspberries, coming through along with balsamic hints. The Tinto Pesquera Reserva wine by Alejandro Fernandez from Ribera del Duero, Spain. This Pesquera Tinto Reserva wine has a burgundy in color with an intense cherry red rim, clear and bright. This Spanish red wine has a deep and elegant nose, with intense notes of blackberry and liquorice, and a touch of well-integrated oak. A very elegant wine, its impressive ­finesse and silkiness reappear after every sip. The fi­nish is long and intense. The Tinto Pesquera Reserva wine is well-rounded tannins and a perfectly-integrated acidity give this wine a freshness and liveliness upon drinking and a great potential for long bottle aging.

The Allegrini Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2018 has a very deep, saturated ruby. Fresh, piercing aromas of black cherry, violet, lavender and sweet spices on the nose. Then super smooth but dense, with wonderful poise and balance to the ripe red cherry, dark berry, aromatic herb and mineral flavors.

This red wine finishes long with youthfully chewy tannins and lingering floral nuances. Concentrated but tastes much lighter and vibrant than the majority of other Amarones made today; but the young chewy, grainy tannins pick up steam on the long finish and will require patience.

The Allegrini Belpasso VDT 2016 has a ruby red color. It reveals a bouquet of ripe red and black berries, fresh and dried cherries, a bit of elderberry, with utami violets, cloves, bitter almonds and dark chocolate. In the mouth it is wonderfully round, thick and full. The “Passo” in the name indicates that dried grapes were used to make Belpasso similar to Ripasso wines. The wine has silky tannins and fresh fruit acid create a strong yet youthful impression. Long fruity finish.

The Allegrini La Grola IGT 2015 has a dark ruby garnet turning tawny orange rust at the rim with a reflective edge. The nose gives off cola and vanilla on toasted oak and anise on ripe dark berries. The palate is full bodied, creamy in texture with vibrant acidity that gives a tangy edge to the ripe raspberry, black currant-cassis, and plum core with secondary notes of espresso, tobacco, and dried oregano. This wine finishes long and silky with hints of eucalyptus menthol.

The Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre IGT 2015 is elegant and well balanced, with a good structure and aroma. Ruby red in colour with purple hues, it offers light hints of raisins, sophisticated notes of vanilla, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon. It has a long, velvety finish and soft tannins.

This is one of the wines that has made Allegrini famous throughout the world. The vineyard surrounds Villa della Torre, a splendid masterpiece of Renaissance architecture now owned by the family, and produces a full-bodied red wine that has an ageing potential of at least ten years.

The Allegrini Soave 2016 medium-intense straw yellow in colour. The Allegrini Soave’s nose reveals distinct notes of white flowers followed by fresher jasmine flowers and a crisp and delicate citrus vein. Striking for its decisiveness, medium body and feistiness, expressed through its fresh palate.

The 2017 Allegrini Amarone Classico Valpolicella wine has impressive structure and depth, with aromas of mature fruit and spices. On the palate, the wine’s natural alcohol level is balanced by bright acidity and refined tannins.
