The 2021 Oxford Landing Merlot wine has inviting aromas of chocolate, plum and red berries with subtle cedar and spices. This medium-bodied wine displays vibrant flavours of plums and red cherry.

The fermentation was carried out in a combination of static and rotary fermenters under warm temperature conditions for six days. This creates a balance between extracting the appropriate tannins for wine structure, and retaining fruit flavours and aromatics.

The 2021 Peppercorn Lane Cabernet Sauvignon wine is from the Limestone coast wine region in South Australia. The Cabernet Sauvignon wine has a deep crimson, almost opaque with purple highlights. Blueberry and blackcurrant fruit aromas with vanilla and spice characters resulting from extended maturation in very tight grained oak barrels.

The 2018 Tinto Pesquera Reserva wine by Alejandro Fernandez from Ribera del Duero, Spain. This Pesquera Tinto Reserva has finesse and strength and is a wonderful example of the true elegance that can be obtained when Tempranillo is aged over time in bottle. Clean and brilliant with an attractive, deep ruby hue. Nose: Complex and very elegant with black fruit aroma, such as plums, together with notes of smoke, spices, roasted coffee beans, toffee, licorice and brioche. Palate: Full, creamy and lingering on the palate. Very rounded, coated tannins with hints of well-integrated fruit coming through.

Tinto Pesquera’s vines are located within the province of Valladolid, in the heart of Ribera del Duero, which has hot summers, incredibly cold winters and extreme diurnal temperature differences that create an ideal combination for producing silky and sumptuous Tempranillo wines.

The 2012 Peter Lehmann Stonewell Shiraz wine has a dense black center and garnet rim color. This Stonewell Shiraz wine has aromas of plum, chocolate and hints of mint. The 2012 vintage is a powerful one that has a long life ahead of it. The Shiraz wine structure shows intense depth of fruit and firm tannins. While bold on the palate, there is always an inherent complexity to the Stonewell that enables it to be compared with all of the great Australian wines produced today. This Australian Shiraz wine is exceptional from start to finish.

The wine was named Stonewell after the district that he believed best showed the characters admired most in Barossa Shiraz. One of the benchmarks of Barossa Shiraz, Peter Lehmann’s Stonewell is a classic example of the rich concentrated old vine style. For over 20 years, Stonewell has been lauded as one of Australia’s greatest wines and one of the world’s greatest Shiraz Wine.

Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 leads with pencil shavings and cola aromas. On the palate, cherry, sweet vanilla cream and strawberry share the bill, alongside dusty tannins and a lasting finish that reminds of toasted nuts. This Cabernet Sauvignon wine is enticing now and will drink well for at least 5 years.

The 2016 harvest marks the fifth great vintage in a row. Although it was another drought year and yields tended to be a bit lower, the quality was very high. The year started out hot, then became cold, then turned hot again, and October began one of the heaviest rain seasons this region has seen in many years. The grapes were hand harvested at night, carefully sorted in the vineyard, then brought to the cellar and destemmed. Following a cold soak, fermentation occurred at a high temperature to ensure maximum extraction was achieved. The wine was racked to 35 percent new American oak barrels, where it was aged for 18 months prior to bottling.

The enticing aromas of our 2014 Pine Ridge Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon reveal red cherry, berry and plum highlighted with notes of licorice, cola, mocha and freshly-cut rose. The 2019 Pirramimma War Horse Shiraz wine is a limited release wine displays a bouquet of briary blackberry, spicy plum, infused with hints of vanilla, red frangipani, nutmeg and black olive notes. The intense palate delivers spicy mulberry, red liquorice, cranberry, star of anise and dark chocolate, which is enhanced by quality cedary oak and hints of morello cherry. This handcrafted War Horse Shiraz wine is superbly balanced by a seam of firm tannins, well integrated oak and great length of flavour.

The Pirramimma White Label Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 has a black/deep brick red, with aromas of spicy blackberry, dark plum and briary characters. There is rich blackcurrant, loganberry and prune flavours on the palate with hints of dark chocolate integrated by mocha oak and balanced by firm tannin. The Pirramimma White Label Cabernet Sauvignon wine is full bodied with excellent weight and structure.

The 2019 Pirramimma White Label Shiraz wine has an aroma of spicy red plum, dried fruits and vanillan oak, with hints of coconut and pepper. The palate shows flavours of dark chocolate, sweet plum and toasted mocha oak, with cinnamon notes. This White Label Shiraz wine has wonderfully balanced with fine savoury tannins, subtle oak and acid in harmony, finishing with great length.

The 2017 Remy Ferbras Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge wine has a bright ruby color. This Remy Ferbras Chateauneuf du Pape has a complex nose of red fruits carried by spices aromas. Palate is round & full-bodied, tanin structure is silky, with a crispy fruit finish.

Manual harvest followed by a strict sorting of the grapes. Traditional vinifications are handled separately for each grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation maintained at around 26 and 28°C with two to three weeks maceration. The wine is partly aged on oak barrels from two to three wines, up to 18 months.

The strict selection in vineyard and from cask ensures the finished wine shares the same finesse, complexity and elegance of a fine Margaux. Supple dark fruits, liquorice and spice notes are held by assertive but ripe tannins that ensure Reserve d`Angludet can be enjoyed when young but will also allow further maturation.

This 2019 Reserve d’Angludet wine is a a great match for a fine cut of grilled meat or a well-garnished cheese board.
